I’m currently working on putting together a compilation book that will include comics 33-61, along with some freshly painted versions of some of the older digital strips. Hey look, a new comic! I had intended to draw this one at the end of Summer, but I kept doing sketches and not liking any of them. And then school happened. So, extended delay aside, here it is. There will be a sister strip to this one, and then I’ll be starting a new arc. Unfortunately, until Summer starts up again, I expect updates to be sporadic at best. The good news is that you can keep in the know about updates by being a fan on Facebook.

I’m mostly happy with how this one turned turned out, though I’m not sure if it’s an emotional response that anyone can make sense of. It made sense while I was drawing it.

This comic took a deceivingly long time to paint, which is why it’s being posted so late.  It’s also an especially curly page, and thus was especially difficult photograph.  Hopefully all will be forgiven, considering that I wanted to take some extra time with this one, given that it’s a big climactic moment (or at least, as close to a climactic moment as we get in this comic). I am pleased.
